Paul Spitz has been practicing corporate law for 15 years, focusing on startups and small businesses in a variety of industries, including high tech, transportation, software development, consulting, fitness, and e-commerce. He has represented buyers and sellers in many M&A transactions, including companies involved in energy technology, entertainment, fitness, and fashion. His corporate experience includes representing startups in company formation, venture capital financings, and contract negotiations. He has represented a variety of franchised businesses, as well.
