What we’re looking for:
- JD from an ABA accredited program; active bar membership in any state.
- Attorneys with 6+ years of legal experience.
- A book of business with portable clients.
- Experience in corporate, M&A, finance, startups, trademarks and patents, fund formation, technology law, and commercial litigation.
- Interest in working with startups, founders, CEOs in all parts of their company life cycle including: formation, general counsel inquiries, debt and equity financings, complex corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, fund formation and exits.
