Combining the personal attention of a boutique firm with large law firm experience, we bring a sophisticated yet practical and cost-effective approach to your merge or acquisition. Attorney Edward Grenville represents both sellers and buyers in private and public companies through M&A transactions.

We invest the time to understand your market segment, the competitive landscape, and the goals and challenges your business is facing. We enjoy working with your team and getting to know your business so that we can be an effective advocate.
Our commitment to excellence is exemplified by our ability to communicate effectively, to operate as a partner in your success, and to develop and execute the road map to meet your business goals in a cost-effective manner.
